Your customers are already asking — in chats
“Who can fix a leaking tap tomorrow?” “Looking for a two-bedroom flat from December.” “Need a van to move furniture on Saturday.” Messages like these appear in local and expat Telegram groups every hour. Whoever answers first usually gets the job.
The problem is that nobody can read hundreds of chats all day. Requests drown between ads, memes and offers, and by the time you see one, three competitors have already replied. Request Finder AI does the reading for you and only taps you on the shoulder when someone actually needs what you sell.
How it works
1. Listen. Reader accounts follow hundreds of public groups and channels, grouped by city and region. Only new messages count — no history scraping, no private chats.
2. Match. Each message is checked against a catalog of topics and their real-life wording in Ukrainian, Russian, English and Spanish, plus exclusion phrases that remove obvious false positives.
3. Intent. Rules separate “I need…” from “I offer…”. Ads, job searches and service offers are dropped before they ever reach you.
4. AI check — only when unsure. Clear cases are decided instantly by rules. Ambiguous messages go to a budgeted AI classifier that can only confirm a topic already evidenced in the text. If the AI is unsure, times out or the budget runs out, no alert is sent.
5. Deliver. Matching requests arrive in your private Telegram chat with the original text and the author, so you can reach the person even if the post is later deleted. Your access is checked again at the moment of sending.
Only real demand, not more noise
Most “lead monitoring” tools simply search for keywords — and flood you with every ad that mentions the same word. Request Finder AI works the other way round: a message must prove a topic with concrete wording, show demand rather than an offer and pass the exclusions. Generic phrases like “need help” without a topic never become an alert.
The result is fewer, better notifications: people who need a service, in your city, right now.
Subscribe by city and topic
You set everything up in a Telegram bot: pick cities and regions, then the topics you serve. The current catalog covers home repairs, furniture assembly, air conditioning, cleaning, property rental and sale, passenger and cargo transport, currency and crypto exchange — and it keeps growing. Alerts are available in Ukrainian, Russian, English and Spanish.
Telegram today, more channels next
Telegram groups and channels are live today. The same matching engine is designed to plug in new sources: WhatsApp communities, Facebook groups, forums and classifieds are on the roadmap. For you nothing changes — the alerts keep arriving in the same private chat, just from more places.
Who it is for
Local service businesses. Plumbers, electricians, handymen, cleaners, AC installers — anyone who wins work by replying first.
Realtors and rental agents. Catch people searching for a home before they find it elsewhere.
Movers and transport. Requests for vans, transfers and deliveries in your area.
Exchange services. People asking where to change currency or crypto locally.
Agencies. Collect demand across several cities for your clients.
Fair play built in
Request Finder AI only reads public groups that its reader accounts have joined. Reader accounts never write to anyone — you decide whom to contact and how. People who ask not to be contacted are respected server-side, and private messages, phone numbers and session data are never exposed in logs or reports.
